Brandon came back out to examine an interesting noise, turns out that a trim nail popped out and was scraping on the door. He fixed that, nailed the trim again, and lubed the rollers. I won’t use anyone but Brandon for my garage door needs!

Our experience with Brandon and Uplifting Garage Doors was incredible! Brandon took time to understand what our issues were, help us find a solution to our issues, and install new garage doors, springs, and decorative hardware. Although there were a few issues with a couple sections of the new doors, which were caused by the manufacturer of the door, he took care of getting the sections that needed to be replaced done and installed the new sections quickly. Yes. Overnight, weekend, and holiday calls all go to me, and I dispatch from West Valley City regardless of where you are. A 2 AM call from Park City gets the same response as a 2 AM call from Murray — you just might wait a little longer for me to actually arrive.

I take light commercial work — small auto shops, retail backrooms, warehouses, property managers — across the same 21-city service area. What I don’t take is fire-rated or high-speed industrial doors, regardless of city. Those need specialized certifications I don’t carry yet.

I stay focused on Salt Lake County, southern Davis, and Park City because that’s the territory I can actually cover well from one truck. Spreading into Utah County would mean longer drive times for everyone and slower response on emergencies. I’d rather be the guy who shows up in 45 minutes in Sandy than the guy who shows up in three hours in Lehi.
